Model Speakers Academy Contract Agreement:

Congratulations on taking this transformative step to elevate your public speaking skills by enrolling in the Model Speakers Academy! Your decision to commit to this 8-week program signifies your dedication to mastering the art of speaking and leading with confidence. We are honored to have you on this journey and are excited to support your growth as a speaker.

Contractual Agreement:

This agreement ("Contract") is made between the Participant ("You") and the Model Speakers Academy ("Academy"), operated by Dr. Samantha DeLoache. By enrolling in the Model Speakers Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This Contract is legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.

Program Overview:

The Model Speakers Academy is an 8-week intensive coaching program designed to equip you with the tools, strategies, and confidence necessary to become an impactful speaker. The Academy provides weekly coaching sessions, personalized feedback, access to exclusive resources, and participation in the Model Speakers community.

Commitment & Participation:

Full Commitment: By signing this Contract, you acknowledge that you are fully committed to participating in all aspects of the 8-week program. Your success depends on your active engagement, completion of assignments, and attendance at scheduled coaching sessions.
Participation Requirements: You are expected to attend all sessions, complete all assignments, and actively engage with the Model Speakers Academy's resources. Failure to participate fully may impact your progress, but does not exempt you from your contractual obligations.

Payment Terms:

Total Program Fee: The total cost of the Model Speakers Academy is $6,000. If you elected to add the VIP offer to your purchase then your total cost is $9,997. This fee is non-refundable and is due in full upon enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate payment plan.
Payment Schedule: If a payment plan is selected, payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to program materials and coaching sessions.
No Refund Policy: All payments made to the Model Speakers Academy are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal or incomplete participation. You remain responsible for the full payment of the program fee, even if you choose not to complete the program.

Program Completion:

Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, including all assignments and active participation in all sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion from the Model Speakers Academy.
Incomplete Participation: Should you fail to complete the program for any reason, you will not be entitled to a certificate of completion. This does not, however, relieve you of your obligation to fulfill the payment terms of this Contract, which means full payment regardless of completion.

Intellectual Property:

All materials provided during the program, including but not limited to, workbooks, guides, templates, and recordings, remain the intellectual property of the Model Speakers Academy. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Dr. Samantha DeLoache.

Confidentiality:

As a participant in the Model Speakers Academy, you will have access to proprietary information, including strategies, coaching methods, and other confidential materials. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose or share it with any third parties.

Liability:

By enrolling in the Model Speakers Academy, you agree to release and hold harmless Dr. Samantha DeLoache, and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program.

Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement:

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Model Speakers Academy regarding your participation in the Model Speakers Academy. Any modifications to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Acceptance:

By purchasing this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract. You further acknowledge that this Contract is a legally binding agreement, and you agree to comply with its terms.
